A friend just sent me this wonderful quote from Wayne Dyer’s “Power of Intention.”  It seems obvious to me that the tapping tool I love to share with the world provides a concrete, effective engine to propel people towards more positive thinking.

Isn’t it amazing that the title of that famous old book, “The Power of Positive Thinking” by Norman Vincent Peale is now a favorite topic with scientists who explore Quantum Physics?  I don’t pretend to understand a thing about Physics of any kind but I do believe that we can heal ourselves and our planet by becoming more optimistic and refusing to run our lives based on fear.

I believe that negativity is a bad habit similar to smoking.  We all know on some level that it is bad for us, but we just can’t seem to stop.  Tapping will definitely help anyone to get rid of fear and negativity.  And with Pat Carrington’s Choices Method, a lifelong “negativity addiction” can be changed very quickly and replaced with a tendency to look on the bright side of things.

Wayne Dyer’s quote shows how enormously powerful that shift away from negative thinking can be for us and for our world.  Happy Tapping!
