I was interviewed last night for Inner Quest, a Cable Access TV show in the Chicago area. I loved getting a chance to share about the wonderful world of tapping. I mentioned Meridian Tapping Techniques, the new umbrella term that includes all of the latest innovations in Energy Psychology that use acupressure points. I will be talking a lot more about these exciting innovations in the months to come.
As soon as my TV show is put on the Internet, I will send everyone a link so you can watch it. And then my wonderful “cable guy,” Boris will put it right on my website.
A lot of exciting things are coming up in October, so stay tuned. On October 11th, I will be teaching a Tapping Techniques Workshop for Kids and Caregivers. The details are below. On October 18th, I will participate in the Making Strides Against Breast Cancer Walk to raise money for cancer research. And on October 24th, I will teach an all-day workshop on Meridian Tapping Techniques in Chicago, Illinois.
This coming weekend begins the Jewish New Year, 5760. Whether you are Jewish or not, I think the Fall always represents a time of new beginnings. May this Fall be a time of new hope and beginnings for all of us.
Blessings,
Kiya
Emotional Freedom Techniques for Kids
Help your children stay calm and let go of anger
Kiya Immergluck, LCPC
Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) is a very simple form of emotional acupressure that children and adults can learn quickly and easily. This simple and fun technique will help your children stay calm, relieve stress, and quickly get over anger and minor aches and pains. Stories, games, puppets, and teddy bears will be used to teach your kids how to help themselves at school and at home. You will also learn how to use EFT for your own parental stress. Grandparents and other child caregivers are also welcome. The workshop is suitable for children between the ages of 7 and 12 accompanied by an adult. One adult free with one child, 10% off for each sibling.
