Welcome everyone. If you have come to my website looking for relief from your emotional pain, you have come to the right place!
I have been counseling people in Illinois and California for many years. I was so thrilled when I came across Energy Psychology more than 10 years ago and realized that I could quickly help people use their own energy systems to heal themselves!
First, I studied TFT (Thought Field Therapy) by Dr. Roger Callahan. It was amazing, and I saw the huge potential of it, but I found it cumbersome and difficult to teach. Then I discovered EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques), a highly simplified variation on TFT developed by Gary Craig, and I have been practicing and teaching EFT ever since.
I am so excited to share this wonderful, highly effective tool with as many people as possible. I have already shared it with hundreds of people of all ages (from 4 to 92), as well as some cats and dogs!
If you live in the Greater Chicago Area, I invite you to have a face-to-face session with me at one of my convenient locations, or I will gladly come to your home for a house call. Otherwise, I have had great success conducting telephone sessions with clients all over the world.
I also conduct EFT Groups, and my own unique style of EFT Workshops.

Professional Background
My Training
I have a PhD in Psychology, plus Master’s Degrees in Educational Psychology, Counseling and Special Education. I have counseled and taught in Illinois, California, Florida, New Mexico, and Arizona and I taught English as a Second Language in Israel.
With all of my education and training, I believe that my greatest abilities come from a combination of my compassion and love for my clients coupled with my diverse life experiences.
My Personal Philosophy
I believe that every human being has an innate and profound capacity to heal themselves emotionally, physically, and spiritually. That’s why I love the title of Coach. I’m not an expert on another’s person’s life, but I can be a highly effective coach and cheerleader who can lead a person past their own limiting beliefs to achieve true emotional freedom.
My Therapeutic Style
I come from a place of respect, love and faith that every person is capable of self-healing. Coming from that philosophy, I use tapping, humor, gentle prodding, homework and unconditional positive regard to support people to transform their lives and achieve emotional freedom.

Making Strides Against Breast Cancer
Dear Coworkers, Friends and Family,
This year, hundreds of thousands of people will hear the words, “You have breast cancer,” and there’s a good chance that some of them will be people we know and love. I have chosen to fight back against this disease and help make a difference by participating in the American Cancer Society Making Strides Against Breast Cancer walk, and I hope you will join me.
Making Strides Against Breast Cancer is our opportunity to honor and celebrate breast cancer survivors, educate women about early detection and prevention, and raise money to fund lifesaving research and support programs to help fight breast cancer. But Making Strides is more than just the name of a walk, it describes the amazing progress we can make if we work together to defeat this disease.
